No documentation for each project. Poor guidance had been provided by seniors, they expect you know everything. Every senior could be your "boss", you have to listen to each of them, sometimes the "bosses" can direct you to completely different directions, then you would not know who shall you follow . People here good at playing 'Taichi', if issue happened, the "bosses" will speak for themselves only and blame on you(new comer), then you are the one who is screwed. I have left the company to join a better consulting firm, so what I would said is 'good luck' to the new comers!
