Joining Ucodice has been one of the great experiences of my life. It was wonderful to work for this company. The atmosphere was wonderful. I spend around one year working here. One of the best things that I liked here was the discipline. Even the director Ram Sir and other seniors reaches office sharply in the morning time. I have never seen such punctuality anywhere. All Seniors are quire helpful to their juniors. There is a great coordination among all the employees in a nice environment. They also keep one day at the end of the month to discuss employee welfare issues and invites suggestions. The company has completed more than years and all the kudos to Ram Sir, Manoj sir, the sales team, team leaders and the respective staff. They have presented a great example of how the company can go to great heights in such a short period of time. The atmosphere here is more or less like Google where all employees are free to work in a relaxed environment. The client's queries and solutions are sorted out as soon as possible. Apart from this, the company also plans outdoor activities, tours, and trips in between to create a spirit of togetherness and proactive participation. My only cause of leaving was that there was not much extension of digital marketing at that time but their core work of software, web development, and apps development was at great heights. My best wishes to the company to achieve great heights and grow further as it has done earlier.
