      - It's easy to create ourselves opportunities in Ubisoft and evolve in our career - Nice company culture with a lot of events and stuff that makes working actually fun - Good salary overall even if not amongst the best ones on the market - Since the scandals that took place a few years ago, Ubisoft really worked on making the company being a good and inclusive place

      - Project managements seem to be unaware of what actually happens on the field and sometimes their decisions seems to make no sense

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
