Great culture when I first entered the company. Good pay for not having a degree. Great Benefits.

Hours were sometimes all over the place and weekends are a must. Leadership got really bad before US Cellular was sold to Sprint in the Chicagoland. The culture went to hell and people started jumping ship long before it sank.
