      Very mature IT processes, good code quality for internal development, strong culture of communication and strategy alignment at all levels.

      Kontras

      Poor leader development and support. Constantly coached on your weaknesses and very little acknowledgment of strengths, getting promoted could be challenging. Poor work life balance.
