Pros
Great overall culture Promotions occur from within Immediate management is very supportive and gets creative to make things happen. Device/Accessory portfolio is growing to help support the sales staff by offering more to sell to customers
Kontras
Upper management does not have a grasp on where the company needs to be. They try to compete head on with Verizon Wireless which has a customer base over 25 times the size. The billing issues and system issues have been going on for close to a year at this point and while they have improved they are nowhere near where they should have been when the system was launched (Let alone where it should be at this point in time)
