Worst Job I've ever had - Customer Service Representative bei UScellular: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This company really needs to figure it out. Their so-called D.O. strives to make the customers feel good, but leaves the employees feeling completely unvalued. You get docked if you have to use the bathroom more than just at your scheduled break times. Imagine being a little under the weather, or heaven forbid pregnant! Management in many cases is so clueless that they can't possibly give you any real direction or leadership. You are left worrying day after day if it is your turn to get "let go".
