Great pay. The hourly wage is high to say the least with plenty of room to earn more through a simple commission structure.
Kontras
Commission numbers are too high and can at times be virtually unattainable. This puts stress on store management which in turns puts stress on the employees. This also causes a very high turnover rate with the company as you will be terminated for not meeting your numbers.
