Pros
The pros of the job at US Cellular are that you make a good living doing a fairly easy job in terms of the physical labor required. The company does a good job of recognizing and rewarding sales associates who perform well. The company also has a great benefits package available to associates on day 1.
Kontras
The cons of employment at US Cellular are obviously retail hours and it can be mentally exhausting. There is constant meetings outside of already strenuous work schedules and the company says work/life balance is important but never does anything to try and make it a priority. FInally it seems that the stores are always short staffed and it takes months to fill open positions and train new hires.
