culture was the backbone and now being torn down by greed. inflated sales goals leading to unethical sales maneuvers and corporate protocols acknowledge these tactics in order to save customers, firing people for low standards meanwhile supporting resources crash, freeze, and can keep customers in stores for hours. use to strive to be different from the giants with identical ambitions Verizon, At&t and now trying to copy this type of culture. its sad if you hold people hostage on good benefits.
