      If you are in the right location with the right manger the job can be amazing!

      Culture has gone way down. It is not what it used to be. Leaders do not appreciate what the frontline does. The values that Jack Rooney instilled in the organization are gone. Not even talked about anymore which is sad because he had it right. He believed everything started with the frontline!
