Once there used to be..Not now. Left with Joker Management with rapid actions.

Stooped down to the extent to provide more star reviews by the company. There is no value for employee here. Mine is a specialized skill. No new clients since 2014. Lot of bullying. Cheating mentality in management. Even you may find the same from USA management. Take work on one a/c and bills for another a/c to different client. Supervisor gets to be silent or face the group. One got to be careful if sees anyone staying more than 2 - 3 years and is dumb at his work skills. Appraisals quality is utterly on rapport/relationship and not on talent. Wide gap between professionals and supervisors in their thought processes. No process followed only politics , that too severely.
