      Opportunity to earn and autonomy once you are established

      Kontras

      Leadership gaslights you, sexual harassment from leadership and nothing is done about it, the rules are inconsistent & they play favorites, there is no morale, it is clique and gossipy and is like a cult. Leadership calls you names and if you don't fit in a certain box, you're a failure. If you don't commit your life to USI you are looked down upon. Incredibly bureaucratic. Leadership sleeps together and there is drug and alcohol abuse.

      Hybrid position, amazing team, great boss, not micromanaged, treated like family. Open door policy when needing help or guidance.

      Terrible culture, misogynistic and sales hustle culture, most people that worked there were idiots with some select few who actually did their work and succeeded, but its what you make of it
