USI breeds a helpful culture where everyone is willing to help you succeed - USI provides equity shares for good performance. This is rare in the industry and it translates to hard dollars in your pocket - best in class resource team that is available to assist you on new business and renewal deals you are working. The resource team has helped me close several deals and they are some of the best in the industry. They aren’t paid through your office’s P&L and it does not come out of your pocket if you win the deal. - great commission splits 40/25. Competitive in the industry. Brown & brown was 40/20 - will pay for your expenses if you travel for associations or out of town clients. This is tremendously helpful. It boils down to usi doing whatever it takes to help you win deals and staying behind you all the way
