T-shirts and jeans are appropriate, no suits required. The marketing department is very small but is great for someone who is starting in the field looking to gain experience. Be prepared to learn various aspects of internet marketing and open-minded to new ideas. There is room to grow in this department since it's small, but of course only if you put in the work and stay a responsible employee.
