USAA developes two types of successfull employees..the cheerleader that takes everything at face-value and promotes it, or the person who enjoys telling people what is best for them (In their eyes). Due to the competive nature, there are those who will skew numbers and do things that are not in the member's best interest, just to get a sale/referral.
