Overall the people are top-notch and passionate about what they do and the job was interesting and never boring. Leadership was pretty great too compared to other Federal Agencies where it is not.

Not the best pay and Burns Oregon was a terrible place to live. The locals were a miserable bunch, the nearest Wal-Mart was 3.5 hours away and there were no rentals.

Sometimes unpleasant working conditions, erratic seasonal planning and unclear job description
