      Pros

      I like working at USAP because the company is growing and there is room for advancement. The benefits are competitive, with no waiting period. PTO plan used to be better, but I get 20 days a year, plus 8 holidays.

      The space is a little crowded. I wish we all had covered parking.

      Pays well, but has to in an effort to retain talent Was good on the resume and able to leave there on my own accord

      Sweat Shop HR is a joke, not respected by employees Hair on fire culture, everything is in emergency and due yesterday FTC is making a real run at this company to break them up as they should!
