      there used to be good reasons but now it seems due to market and buissness challenges the work culture has degraded. people working since last 10-15 years do not want to drive change

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.
