Your own professional development and growing the business. I’ve worked in luxury retail in the Miami market a long time, and I learned even more about the business, visual merchandising, and being overall a more well rounded leader. Corporate cares about developing their people and I have personally seen 5 Store Managers get promoted to Area Manager this year. Leadership accountability is there but you are rewarded when you have strong results and they are always there to support you. Discount is amazing and the special events that are thrown in store are always amazing!!
