Very poorly managed company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei UNIPOWER: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Top management team only thinks about themselves and no other employees. The company has struggled financially for several years, but since January it has gotten much worse. It will be a miracle if the doors are still open by December 2017. We don't pay suppliers, and customer service is directed to lie to customers about lead-time and order delivery dates. Top Management does not seem to have a clue on how to run a company, they are only concerned about taking care of themselves. Just about every single employee is looking for a job. Management is more interested in finding some one to blame and fire vs. trying to fix the problems.
