Tuition reimbursement is offered for those wanting to continue education and Management really encourages people to obtain further education. If you get an A in a class tuition is fully covered. -Excellent work life balance. In my time here I have never felt overloaded or stressed because of my workload.

-401(k) Employer matching is a little low compared to what I've seen at other companies. This is most likely due to the pension the company offers. -Company switched to HSA's only this year which is a little rough when you have kids that have to go to the doctor a lot.
