Proper path for addressing difficult students is not established Clock-in app doesn't coordinate well with poor cellular reception and wi-fi access so it's challenging to get paid correctly because google doc for correction doesn't apply to multiple changes You don't have a mentor and training is very bare bones so it takes some flexibility and adjusting The program contract ends and you don't really know whether your time had a positive impact on the children's test scores/understanding
