-people at the company are nice and easy to work with! -full of really talented people -matching 401k -people think creatively -people stick around for a long time -new people have helped morale! -annual potluck holiday lunch and ice cream socials -safe work space -changes on the horizon? or so we are told

-terrible health benefits getting worse over 6+ years -no flexibility in schedules so no work life balance -no merit based raises so a lot of employees have to take up second jobs -turtle employees put in long hours of quality work but tools to take it to the next level wont be offered -head of the company isnt accessible! -too many products offered and wastes resources for everyone
