I liked the Director of Ops

Toxic Management starts at the Branch Office. Fosters culture for employees to talk behind the backs of their leaders. Favoritism, backstabbing, very unprofessional team members. Person caught drinking alcohol while on the clock several times but was still allowed to continue working there. Several sales associates did nothing while one did all the work but nothing was ever done to create fair and balanced working conditions.

Not any to mention. Except the remote work.

Kontras

No advancement after 5 years. You receive accolades for a job well done and a week later they are Terminating you. Management is unprofessional and uneducated in their roles.
