Pros
-Great place to grow. -You are able to climb from the bottom to management with proper work etiquette and determination. -The people there are great, and although it isn't perfect, management does listen. -Upper management also likes to invest in workers who show interest in growing. -Benefits are getting better as the company grows. No more paper checks as older reviews pointed out. -Company promotes from within(Also a con, somewhat). Even with pains from promoting from within, they still do it. That's awesome to see(Most of the time) -Work/Life Balance is perfect. As soon as shift ends, all work ceases and you don't have to worry about anything until your next shift.
Kontras
As some of the other reviews pointed out. Some management personnel are not great. Though, generally the managers of different areas there are the best of the best. The new managers are still learning, and with new management(Especially ones that have been promoted from within) comes new management pains.
