Kontras
This is the most toxic, disingenuous work environment I've ever worked in. The level of micromanagement is beyond imaginable. There is no trust between employees and management, and what's worse is that the leadership team also has a hard time collaborating with each other which leads to silo'd decisions that negatively affect other teams. The company makes poor decisions one after another and in the end, it's a family owned business pretending like it's a top employer. However, when you look closely it's an absolute joke. TuGo prides themselves as 'closely knit' and 'family oriented' and it's true. Unfortunately on the flip side, they take it to the extreme and when you look at it from business growth, diversity and innovation perspective it's a huge red flag. The business outlook is very grim, and leaders are focused on 'doing more with less'. Diversity committee is literally a group of 8 white people using 'diversity' when it benefits their decision making. There is no innovation because the entire organization is highly resistant to new ideas and will sabotage others in order to maintain status quo.
