A lot of strong contributors and long serving employees are leaving the business overnight, with no notice or cause
There is a gender diversity problem with deep roots. There are no women in the executive team. There is also problem in gender pay equity (this coming from a men). I've had a few conversations with my female counterparts, and this is glaring.
The people team is reactive. They are more focused on appearances rather than tackling the underlying cause of problems. They always have an excuse when constructive feedback is share.
