Pros

-great cohesion among departments -culture is excellent -lack of a "corporate" feel is great -plenty of opportunities for career paths

Kontras

-technology seems to always be playing catch up with the industry -accountability among certain departments needs to be greatly increased -the pay scales and job paths have greatly improved, but still leave somethings to be desired

Thanks for the feedback! With continued traning in the OZ Principle, we are hoping to increase accountability across all departments. If you have any suggestions, we would love to hear them- submit them to "ihaveanidea" found on the intranet under our TSOP Communications Committee. You'll also be happy to know that we will be launching new career paths this year as well.

Pros

Factually the greatest job I have ever had the pleasure of working. Management is constantly helpful and has lifted me up to the most success I have ever had. I have more skills than ever and made more money than ever.

Kontras

This has a five word minimum. that's the ONLY con. Should be able to leave this section blank because this company and specifically this office have ZERO cons

Pros

NONE - management at this organization (Trinity Logistics specifically, not its parent company of Burris Logistics) thinks they are kings & queens of the corporate world. Typical big fish, small pond mentality, as they think that their “power” in their little corner of Delaware applies to the entire country & world. Typical favoritism, management blame due to their lack of knowledge/experience, etc.

Kontras

EVERYTHING! Management is poor. The CFO is honestly a pretty terrible person (even though as a pastor, which is odd in itself for a CFO, claims to care). Management all around is terrible…they base employment & advancement in the organization built on who you know & are friends with, not what you know (this culture was poorly built by the former owners of the company, so I guess the current state is better than when they owned it. Performance expectations are high, but accountability only applies if you are not in the inner circle. Finally, they rely on drivers to generate income (since they are brokers) but they do not care about them at all…horrible organization & management!
