Pros
Good pay, good hours and flexible schedules, you can pretty much have as much or as little as you would like since it's fairly small and not many set schedules with most people being students that can't work often as it is. The work is very repetitive and can be overwhelming at first, but gets very easy and becomes almost a secondary task to you, I've only been there a month and have it down pretty good. The residents are usually very kind and can be a joy to be around when you have to go up to the floors and stock kitchens or bring them food and the likes. I've had a few conversations with them, and sometimes the obnoxious randomness that they do is funny to me so it brings me a nice smile in the middle of a work day.
Kontras
Fast paced, this can be a pro however to some people. Can be unpredictable at times due to the nature of working in a kitchen, mistakes are bound to happen. Some of the work gets kinda gross and gets you dirty if you're washing dishes/pots (I wash pots). The residents could be troublesome to some people, but usually are fairly tame (besides some screaming but you can deal with that. to me it's usually very comedic).
