Pros
Good Pay, great for gaining experience, work/life balance, ability to work from home from time to time.
Kontras
Many people have left the company since the merger due to lack of cohesiveness and uncertainty about their jobs. Decisions are made without communication between both sides. The amount of meetings are counterproductive especially when people are battling back and forth about their ideas. The morale is down especially amongst individual contributors and lower management. Senior management is in and out the door, lower managers have no real power to institute change nor do they care at this point, and the individual contributors have no real voice (although they're encouraged to speak - yeah right!) Raises and advancement opportunities are nearly non-existent. Individuals from the CHE feel that the Trinity folks are all snobs and know-it-alls while individuals from Trinity feel that the CHE folks are all incompetent. For someone who is trying to remain neutral, it is not a good scene to watch.
