Pros
They have a great company culture, especially at the corporate office in MI. It's one of those places where you truly enjoy coming to work everyday. They have fair payroll policies and give employee gifts throughout the year.
Kontras
Pay is not really competitive. You're usually making 10-15% less than your peers in a similar position. I think Trinity hides behind being a Non-Profit, but don't let them fool you; they have to cash. They're very well ran.
