You're also left to your own devices to figure everything out for yourself. -Strong blame culture. -Staff not appreciated and are regularly sacked for no good reason. -This is a place that will TRIGGER mental health issues rather than reduce them. -Nepotism. -"Do as I say, not as I do" -Extremely draining place to work.
