- No WFH even when you are working on live projects. - My manager even teased me about salary and threatened to tell to HR. - Even though you work hard and get things done, all you will hear that task is not being completed in fix time frame even though the task is of 8 hours and they assign 1 hour for that, (You can't expect to complete 8 tickets in 1 hour right?) - They don't provide Macbook even though it is very much needed for projects. - You will also face lot of politics. - At last just because your mentor/manager is toxic, You will have to survive on your own because even upper management might not be able to help in such cases.
