Its a start up company without any fund in hand, there is no pros. Fresher might able to learn something as everything would be done by fresher team
Kontras
There are so many cons 1) Offer bargain - company wont give you any hike if they hire you 2) Salary never ontime, delay by month/20 days is normal 3) Management does not know technical, just know to pressure people 4) Anytime without any prior notice, you will see cut in the salary 5) many more - cant describe openly in the media
