Pros

The people. Triangle has been blessed with caring individuals who do their best on a daily basis to implement ABA. As an employee, I developed relationships with the staff here that will last years. As with any company, your daily compatriots can make or break your experience, and the lovely employees at Triangle made me stay as long as I did.

Kontras

The owner/ceo is the biggest detriment to Triangle ABA. She is a deeply unserious person who flip flops on the direction of the company at a whim, makes pay changes that affect employees' paychecks without notifying staff of said changes, and cannot take feedback without taking it personally. On the occasion when she is needed on the floor to supervise cases, the staff report to supervisors that she has a poor bedside manner, constantly hurt feelings when giving feedback, and often, her feedback does not make any sense relating to the case.

Pros

The office was in a reasonable location and there were a few people I actually enjoyed working alongside.

• My responsibilities and the expectations placed on me shifted nearly every month without clear rationale • I was directed to prioritize one approach, made progress on that goal, then learned I should have been doing something entirely different all along • Decisions from above changed so frequently that I eventually stopped trying to understand the actual plan or direction • No one took time to clearly define what was actually expected of me beyond a vague initial job description • I spent considerable effort working toward targets that were quietly shifted mid-cycle, which made all that work feel wasted
