      Remote Hybrid work not a lot of micro managing

      They started having money problems and ended travel for everyone sites, conferences etc unless it was absolutely necessary to go to an another site. Soon after that they started laying people off but saying its due to your performance with no prior discussions on the matter before hand.

      Great coworkers who care about customers

      Bad management decisions. Don’t understand the business. Budgets unattainable with customers bailing on company for more reliable stable sources.
