Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

Kontras

Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great

Was a very good company to work for I still praise the company

Since I have left(after 19 years) and have reapplied for several job. Can't even get a word from them now. I had a good work record. The hiring team can't find me now
