      Pros

      - Flexible work schedule. - Organized projects that keep you accountable. - Collaborative environment, everyone helps everyone, starting at the top. - Exciting and impressive client list. Work on projects for big brands and collaborate with a team that is at the top of their game. - Responsible Communication and work expectations: No one is expected to work late nights or weekends. Emergencies are the exception, which is managed well. - Open atmosphere for having fun (slack memes) while creating solid products.

      Honestly, if you can't manage time and responsibilities, this will not be a good fit.

      Leadership, team-building, collaborative, potential for growth

      Kontras

      No cons so to speak. Getting the kinks worked out is typical for a growing company with a few talented individuals covering two or more roles.

      Remote work, collaborative teammates, & well, not much else...

      Kontras

      A completely ridiculous Leadership team (Pink & the Brain) that seem to go out of their way to make life difficult for their employees. They don't let you do your job, actively start arguments with customers, & seem to think that everyone else is wrong. Half the job is compensating for the BS these guys put customers & employees through. You ruin your personal reputation trying to make excuses for the crazy behavior of the CEO. I once heard him literally choke on his words when trying to tell all the employees that there would be room for advancement at the company. It was like a scene from the movie; Liar, Liar. There is also the casual White Nationalism. Someone needs to track his movements on January 6th...
