Pros
Flextime, better than average benefits, laid back work culture. Management wasn't as structured as large corporations, so red tape wasn't an issue. Management really cared about their employees well being, they were always trying to find new ways to thank their employees. Oh and lavish holiday parties.
Kontras
Not a lot of room for advancement after the company grew big. Some positions didn't pay as well as industry rates.
