The people that you work with are great, everyone's friendly and supportive. There's room for growth, if you want to grow in the industry. Benefits are good and PTO flexibility are nice.
Kontras
The customers and clients you work for are not ideal. The case load you're asked to handle is way too much and your juggling multiple tasks and multiple metrics you are required to meet. The management can be very great or absolutely terrible depending on who you get.
