Pros
Treehouse is great, they have given me the space and openness to really showcase my creative talents, both on the qualitative side - thinking about and building new solutions for their clients, as well as on the quantitative side - showing how our products and services will provide value to the end user. I do believe that my work is valued by the company and its clients. We are able to make a great impact for everyone involved. Also - I learn a lot everyday. Also the people at the company really care about their work, are dedicated and work hard at what they do.

Not necessarily a con, but it is definitely a lot of work. There is a high demand to satisfy the clients needs, and sometimes aggressive deadlines for software development while maintaining a good quality. But you know you can depend on your coworkers to get their job done, so this makes it easier. Lots of nights and weekends, but they make up for it later.
