The company is proving cutting edge engineering solutions that have revolutionized the industry. Management in all level show leadership by example. They work hard to achieve their goals. As a result, the staff are generally invested in the company's successes, and work hard to achieve it's goals.

In many cases, a company sticking to it's roots is a good thing. Although the company continues to grow, through acquisitions, in products, employee count and sales, the company's rapid growth is causing many difficulties internally with process, policies and has difficulties implementing it's own policies. The company's desire to respect the culture of it's acquisitions is causing many inconsistencies in policies, ideologies, and standard operating procedures. It's a case of having too many cooks in one kitchen. This is reflected in all levels of the company; from the bottom to the top; including development, sales, and management. In short, it's become too big for it's own good.
