Any high value position are just friends -Poor management: Dishonesty and lack of accountability, no protection for employees. -Decision-making is made without taking employees seriously -No job security whatsoever. Extremely high turnover rate. People are fired constantly for no reason whatsoever. Almost everyone in customer service gets fired. -High stress -Very limited room for growth -Highly manipulative marketing on website for their products upset and disappoint clients

Transformer Table is a growing company. With growth comes many challenges, including changes and opportunities. We are not afraid of trying new things to get better results.

Kontras

As a company that sells goods online, we are not exempt from the worldwide prime material shortage. We also have to deal with shipment delays and manage our customers' expectations, which isn't always a walk in the park.
