Pros

It's a good starting place if you have no previous working experience. Steady pay, good hours, you usually work in shifts.

Kontras

No real career opportunities. It takes a lot of effort and time to go from a CSR to a Team Leader and beyond. All of that for a paycheck that is deemed as "competitive" but they really just look at your countries guidelines for what is the minimum vage and they slap a variable bonus on top.

great leadership and coaching opportunities. move up quickly.

had to work on weekends so i wish they can give us weekends off.

paycheck, WFH, some of the leaders but most of the leaders are trash

back to back calls, overworked, management treats its employees like cattle, lazy people at this company overall, they give positions to their favorites and give them alot of time off the phones
