Pros

Good benefits. Decent starting pay. A good satellite manager means a thriving and growing business. Sees benefit in investing in new disciplines and people. Open to new ways of being competitive. Has a notable quality over quantity structure compared to its competitors.

Kontras

HR treats sick, or those seeking benefit assistance very poorly. In the pandemic, HR was by far the worst component of the company, not communicating with sick employees and taking action with no notification. A large reason for turnover in the company. Very Rochester focused for a nationwide and soon global company. The best way to increase pay and position in this company (same as far too many Calibration companies) is to leave and reapply. Advancement is slow despite talent, and raises are poor compared to starting negotiated pay for new employees.

Fast progression and pay raises to those that put for the effort. Fantastic management that works with you when you need time off or any questions about work.

Kontras

The mobile team is very active, if that’s not something you’re ready for it can get very tiring.

Pros

Under the old leadership and CEO this company was slowly growing a great work atmosphere where everyone felt like they were contributing the team. We had great benefits package and leadership who listened to any ideas or concerns we had. Small benefits that Field Technicians experienced were encouraged by management to help your work/home life more tolerable.

Kontras

Under the NEW CEO and CFO everything is completely centered around the revenue cycle and percentages of margins. All extra small benefits that help with work/home life are taken away. We are being told we do bring in revenue and there fore not at the forefront. They have began nickel and diming all expenses and timesheets. Any atmosphere of teamwork and welcome atmoshpere is slowly being erouded. Customer are complaining of the new systems being placed stating all the advantages that made us different are gone. There is little to no upward movement available for anyone in the field work side of the company.
