Another area for improvement is the leave policy-unused leave cannot be carried over to the next year, making it difficult to plan longer vacations toward the end of the year. This can feel unfair, as personal life events cannot always be aligned with company timelines. Additionally, employees are not permitted to work from outside Canada.
