Having been at Transunion for several years it is sad to see the company go from a great caring work culture to an environment that does not care about its employees. Managers have no training and lack the ability to properly manage and review employees. Any feedback employees give on work environment or constant changing tasks is ignored. Long working hours and monthly strategy changes that require a significant amount of manual rework. Very unrealistic expectations for employees. Constant turnover leading to even more work put on current employees. The finance department unfortunately is a sinking ship.
