Thinly veiled pyramid scheme. Managers make 3x commission on deals sold by their AEs & AMs, which would be less of an issue if the salary wasn't corporate minimum wage. Numerous people had pay raises/bonuses withheld for arbitrary (and frankly nonsensical) reasons. ZERO work/life balance - to illustrate the extent of this, I was in the ER with an IV in my arm, and my manager was pinging me nonstop asking me to respond to client emails. I've probably wasted thousands of therapy dollars trying to process the treatment I received while working at TPT. If you value your mental health and sanity, look elsewhere.
