      The people and they offer legitimate value in their products which makes it much easier to sell their products. They are flexible to lateral movement

      Kontras

      Lack of training. Push sales numbers not necessarily value to costumers which means unnecessary up charges. Not lots of room for growth

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
